Shipping policy

At Urvaa, we are committed to ensuring that your shopping experience is smooth and satisfactory. Please take a moment to familiarize yourself with our shipping policy to understand how we process and deliver your orders.

1. Order Processing Time

  • Order Processing: We process all orders within 2 to 4 business days. Once your order is processed, it is handed over to our courier partners for delivery.
  • Exceptions: Please note that public holidays, curfews, or any other unavoidable circumstances may cause delays in processing and shipping your order. We will keep you informed of any such delays via email or WhatsApp.

2. Delivery Timeframe

  • Online Payment Orders: Orders placed using online payment methods do not require verification and will be processed and delivered within 2 to 4 business days for faster delivery.

3. Delivery Charges

  • Free Delivery: We offer free shipping on most orders, except in cases of exchanges, where a flat shipping fee of Rs. 150 applies (see our Exchange Policy for details).
  • Additional Charges: In certain cases, such as remote locations or special product categories, additional delivery charges may apply. Any such charges will be clearly communicated at the time of checkout.

4. Delivery Exceptions

While we strive to ensure timely delivery of your orders, certain circumstances may be beyond our control. These include, but are not limited to:

  • Public holidays and local or national events.
  • Lockdowns, curfews, or any other government-imposed restrictions.
  • Natural disasters or other unforeseen events.

In such cases, we will notify you about the delays and work towards delivering your order as soon as possible.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, we will send you an email or WhatsApp message with the tracking details. You can track your order using the provided tracking number on our courier partner's website.

6. Shipping Partners

7. Undeliverable Packages

Occasionally, packages may be returned to us as undeliverable due to incorrect shipping addresses or other issues. In such cases:

  • We will contact you to verify the shipping details and attempt redelivery.
  • If we are unable to deliver the order after multiple attempts, the order will be canceled, and the payment (if made) will be refunded as per our Return and Refund Policy.

8. International Shipping

Currently, we only ship within India. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
